At Mind in Sedgemoor we offer help and support to anyone experiencing mental ill-health, or their family and friends whether in the form of information, counselling, education or recreational activities.
Sunny Side Up -Wellbeing Centre & Internet Café
Here at Sunny Side Up we offer counselling by appointment. Counselling is available daily Monday to Friday. We are able to offer this service free as we use student counsellors who are supervised both by ourselves and by their colleges.

An extra service we are now offering is 1:1 support, not as in depth as counselling, you can talk to someone as a “one off” or on a more or less regular basis according to your need.

Homes in Sedgemoor hold a Job Club every Wednesday 10:15am to 12:15pm at Sunny Side Up. Also every Wednesday at Sunny Side Up is the Credit Union and the Culture Club.
One of the group sessions available is ‘The Sunrise Group’, coping with depression, meeting every Thursday 1pm to 3pm. In 2014, we will be offering more group sessions.
The internet café serves hot and cold drinks, light meals freshly cooked and all at very reasonable prices.
The café is a great meeting place and has seen many new friendships formed. If you are feeling a bit down, come on in for a cuppa and a chat with our friendly staff, we are here to listen and to advise if needed.
We have three internet computer stations available with the ability to print for a small charge.
